Can I update my contact information at any time?
Yes, we encourage you to keep your information up to date both with the school and the PTA. If you need to update your information at any time, you may do so on the EMS Dashboard via the website or app. Please also make sure to report any changes to the school office.

Who has access to my contact information in the online directory? 
Only paid members of the EMS PTA (current EMS parents and staff) will have access to an online directory of EMS families when logged into their account.  Users will be granted this access after they have registered to be a PTA member. 

Can I choose which information I wish to publish in the online directory? 
Yes! Please visit your EMS Dashboard and select Directory & Publish Preferences to choose exactly what information you would like other EMS parents and staff to see online. 

Is my contact information secure?
Membership Toolkit (our website software) makes every effort to ensure that your information is kept private. They do not share our information with any third parties or use it for marketing purposes. The information is the property of the EMS PTA.

Will I receive a printed directory? 
No. The directory is only available online through the EMSPTA.org website or the Membership Toolkit mobile app.  

Is there a mobile app?
Yes, there is an app! It's the same app for both EMS & GHS, so you can toggle between the schools to have all the information on one app. Get the Membership Toolkit app for Apple or Android.
