10th Annual Gator Walk -Nov 3

The Gator Walk was a huge success!  Thank you so much to the teachers and administrators who led this spirited event. We especially thank Lora Parisi and Theo Gittens for their hard work in the months of planning.  The money raised is essential for all the fun and educational events this year.

A BIG THANK YOU to our community sponsors who donated to the Gator Walk:
Trap’t Escape Rooms
Pizza Post
Garden Catering
Cups N’ Cones
RPM Raceway
Athena Books
EMS PTA

EMS Gator Walk is the only student fundraiser for the year. It is separate from any money donated to the PTA. Proceeds from the Walkathon contribute to the Student Activities Fund, buying equipment for outdoor recess, student clubs, sports & music programs, and field trips. Our goal is 100% student participation.

Each homeroom competed to show which had the most school spirit. Cool prizes, such as an Apple Watch 8, Apple AirPods Pro, JBL Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker, and more, are awarded to the top fundraisers in each grade. In addition, everyone who participates gets a chance to win various raffle prizes.

The schedule was -
12:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m. Students walk, eat ice cream, and judge another grade with grade times below:
12:35 p.m.-1:00 p.m. 6th grade walks
